The added element of heat in the rooms of our yoga studio promote detoxification of the physical body, the warming of muscles early in the practice so you can descend deeper into each asana and open both the physical and spiritual body to your yoga practice and all it has to offer. You'll step out of the studio with a refreshed, enlivened sense of renewal. Don't take our word for it; enjoy the journey yourself and discover your own unique experience. With many different types of yoga classes offered (including non-heated Intuitive classes), you don't have to feel limited. Private/Semi-Private classes are an option as well, along with Personal training services. Just ask!

What is Donation Based? We have a deep desire to present all yogis an opportunity to experience the benefits (among them: relaxation, detoxification, strength building and a focused, peaceful mind) that Hot & Cool yoga has to offer. Some potential Yogis might find the practice of yoga out of reach due to financial concerns. Let us take a standard fee out of the equation and state, "Donate what you can so you can get your practice in for the day." We aspire to create a wonderful Yoga Community space for all in Telluride and surrounding areas to practice for years to come. Please be mindful that the studio is sustained by your generosity and financial support.

Suggested Donation: May we suggest a donation of $12 - $22 for a class in the form of cash, check or credit card.

Referrals: Every business grows from your good word to a friend, family member or a passer by. We reward referrals with either Free Yoga or Retail Credit. Please inquire.

Special Events: For events such as Kids Yoga Camps/Nights Out, Workshops, Ladies' Night Out, Dinner on the Mat, etc., there can be a set fee.

To feel comfortable in your practice, adorn yourself with comfortable yoga clothes.  We carry an array of styles and brands for use both on and off the yoga mat. Most of our brands are also eco friendly, using recycling methods to create beautiful styles. Some of our Brands include Margarita, Tonic, ALO & Pure Karma.

If you are looking for a brand new mat you can go towards a natural rubber JADE mat or a more traditional mat. We also carry HOT YOGA Towels by Yogiearth as well as some hair and skincare products developed by NAMA. "Step Off" your mat into the rest of your day with some flips flops by SoulTree Yoga as well.
